1. Storage and use of your personal data

The information collected through this form is stored in a computerised file, in order to communicate information related to the easiware brand and services. They are kept for 10 years and are intended for marketing and sales services established in the European Union. This file is only accessible by the top management, as well as the marketing, sales and development departments within easiware.
In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés", you can exercise your right to access your data and have them rectified by contacting : easiware, 16 rue Médéric 75017 Paris or marketing@easiware.fr, specifying the purpose of the email "Law of Persons" and enclosing a copy of your proof of identity.

2. Consent and processing of your personal data

In case of mandatory consent before each submission of each form on the www.easiware.com website("I authorize backups to store and process data to send me marketing content, learn more about our privacy policies") you explicitly authorise the storage and processing of your data in order to let you know about our services. You authorise: 

  • - An easiware consultant to contact you for any business relationship
  • - The Marketing Service to provide and send customised information about our services
  • - Our Marketing automation solution (Hubspot) to store information about your browsing path and your resources downloads on www.easiware.com to segment our contact lists and send you only communications that may have an interest in your business, in a customised way. These behavioral data are stored within the European Union.

3. Consent withdrawal concerning your personal data

3.1. Access right to your personal data

You have a right to access, modify and / or delete data concerning yourself at any time by contacting our support service:

By post: EASIWARE - 16 rue Médéric 75017 Paris, accompanied by a copy of a ID.Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

On site at our premises: with presentation of a ID.

The CNIL states: "It is possible to be accompanied by the person of one's choice. The consultation should last long enough to take note conveniently and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data.” The person in charge of the file has a maximum response time of 1 month from the day of the request, whether it has been exercised by post or on the spot. The CNIL specifies: "If the request is incomplete (absence of the identity document for example), the person in charge of the file has the right to request complementary information: the time is then suspended and runs again once these elements provided". 3.2. Modification de vos abonnements

You can also freely modify your subscriptions to our communications by clicking on "Change my preferences" at the bottom of each of our communications sent by e-mail. To unsubscribe from all easiware communications, you must click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. You can then choose to: •

- change your preferences for receiving our communications•

- unsubscribe from all marketing and commercial communications until you submit your consent again on the website.
